Welcome to DreamForge Mobile. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications (including KYZO), games, website at dreamforgemobile.com, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Dream Forge Mobile Pte. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KYZO. Parental permission does not make a person under 18 eligible.
2. User Accounts
Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Our applications may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
- All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms
- Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's settings
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable
Cancellation: Deleting the app or your account does not stop store billing. Cancel through Apple or Google Play. Apple advises cancelling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Your right to request data deletion does not depend on cancelling a subscription.
Your statutory rights: Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies, refunds, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights take precedence over any conflicting disclaimer, limitation, termination, or governing-law clause.
4. Virtual Currency and Items
Our Services may include virtual currencies or items. These are licensed to you, not sold. Virtual currencies and items:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Cannot be exchanged for real currency
- Are non-transferable, subject to refunds required by law or applicable app-store policies
- May change with appropriate notice, subject to applicable consumer rights and protections for purchased balances
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, belong to Dream Forge Mobile or its licensors, excluding content you own, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our prior written permission.
6. User Content
If our Services allow you to submit, post, or share content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the Services.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Services
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Collect or harvest personal information of other users
8. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Forge Mobile Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the Services or infringement of another person's rights. This does not make you responsible for our negligence, wrongdoing, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be passed to you.
11. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, or a genuine security risk. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may contact us to contest a decision. Mandatory rights, eligible refunds, and privacy requests continue to apply after termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
